The violent attack against Charlie Hebdo is beyond a terrorist attack that caused death of 12 people. This attack is targeting rights and freedoms arose from hundreds year struggle of humanity. Therefore, it is extremely worrying and threatening.
Any interpretation and assessment will be deficient, if role of the imperialist and international hegemonic powers that are feeding such attacks of fascist mentalities and fascist gangs is not considered. This terrible case is an indicator of the terror that has been expending all parts of the world including the Middle East and Africa.
This attack is a worrying indicator of the raising intolerance against criticism, irony and freedom of expression and press across the world.
The violent attacks carried out by the reactionary forces that consider and see different ethnicities and faiths as the enemies to be demolished. By using unlimited violence and attempting to receive humanity by cowing them to submission, those reactionary forces are threatening our feature. Additionally, the attitude to condemn the events by searching a reasonable cause and condemnations that give a place excuses are worrisome since such attitudes are also fed by the similar mentality.
We strongly condemn this attack and would like to express our condolences to families and friends and condole with the team of Charlie Hebdo.
