SES Executive Committee Members Appear at Court

Executive committee members of our health & care union SES appeared at court today. The court decided to lift the house arrest of Gonul Erden. She will be able to move within the city of her residence.

Furthermore, the court decided to ease the judicial control mechanisms of Selma Atabey.

The next hearing will be held on 19th September 2024.

KESK and SES reiterate that charges must be dropped and our colleagues must be acquitted of charges. We also expect that there must be a return to democracy and the rule of law.

We would like to repeat that SES does not take a step back from its struggle for trade uniın rights and freedoms as well as women’s rights and the right to health and care services of the public. We are determined to continue to struggle for these rights.
